The long-heralded king of Canadian slacker folk Hayden releases new single "East Coast," a forlorn ballad of rolling piano and his strained tenor singing "I can't recall this feeling at all." The legendary singer-songwriter's first new music since 2016's Hey Love is quintessential Hayden, his downcast indie folk expanding beyond.
